Wisconsin Bar Reciprocity
Wisconsin SCR 40.05 governs admission on proof of practice elsewhere. Wisconsin does not publish a reciprocal list. Applicants must have been primarily engaged in the active practice of law for three of the past five years. A prior failure of the Wisconsin bar examination bars this path.
Admission on Proof of Practice (Criteria-Based)
